Position Description
# Job Requirements:
` Must be at least 16 years of age with a tenth grade education. Ability to communicate with co-workers and youth ages 3-12.
` Ability to communicate and teach young children the basics of recreational gymnastics/cheerleading. Must attend all scheduled classes.
` Must comply with all items contained in the YMCA’s Instructor’s Policies and Procedures Manual. Adhere to all YMCA rules and regulations regarding the care and well being of children.
` Individual must possess maturity, sound judgement, management and organizational skills. CPR and First Aid training certifications required.
` Background check will be conducted.
` On-site attendance is required of this position
# Job Responsibilities:
`Attends all required training sessions and scheduled meetings.
` Available to class participants to answer questions and review class material.
` Adheres to strict fitness class protocol.
` Maintains accurate records of all attedees.
` Properly spots all gymnasts from beginner to advanced. Instructs the basics of gymnastic or cheerleading routines.
