Supervised Visitation Specialist

NOVA Foster Care is currently hiring for on-call Supervised Visitation Specialists. This position involves monitoring Juvenile Court ordered visitation for families and providing transportation for children to and from visits. This position requires the ability to effectively communicate with various professionals involved in the child’s life including the biological family, foster family, Case Manager, and Foster Care Specialist. Applicants should have at least 2 years of education in a human service related field or equivalent experience. Applicants must have reliable transportation and the ability to work with a diverse population. An excellent driving record is required and bilingual abilities would be a plus. This position requires a flexible schedule; hours include evenings and weekends.
